Post-Quantum Digital Signature for the Mexican Digital Invoices by Internet
Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of the Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) digital signature algorithms accepted for the third-round of NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography Competition. The digital signature primitive is the core of the Mexican Digital Invoices by Internet (CFDI), and it is based on the RSA algorithm but with the future arrival of Quantum Computers, it is vulnerable to cryptographic attacks. This paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of the NIST candidates for their potential adoption as the new core of CFDI.
