The motor disability is a limitation for people who suffer to get a job and be integrated into the country's industries. A lot of tools have been developed for rehabilitation or improving their motor skills, but not to be included in the industries. This paper presents a proposal for the motor disabled people inclusion through the development of a brain-computer interface (BCI) that, based on a device that captures real-time electroencephalogram (EEG) brainwave, can take decisions or activities without the need of movement. This research was conducted with various people in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector, obtaining satisfactory results. Experimental data show the accuracy of the device, from the training stage to the testing stage.Downloads
